Stunt Mode Setups.

Basically, in the same way you can save/load HUDs, the ability to save/load stunt mode setups. Stuff like spawn location, weather, time, special features, etc saved. Would be cool if we could also have about 4 slots for these, which we can rename to suit them.

Also, can /spec show the same weather as the person you're speccing, please?

annoying having to change nitro, auto repair, time, weather every time you go to /stunt.
specing weather would be cool too, especially for when you are making a video and specing some and the weather changes :-\

We'll settle for one atm, let me know if there any problems (stunt menu).

There is no GetPlayerWeather, so it just loads 0 for now.
