Grid pushing [Added/Fixed]

Unfortunately, it can't be controlled by the server.

The pushing comes from the freezing function for SA-MP being unstable. If someone lags, the freezing system lets the car go on without the client itself noticing the car moving.

^ yes, and the client doesn't see a thing. So with my tremendous lag I can press 'w' and appear that I'm pushing others but in my view I don't see myself moving.

In sa-mp 3c we'll be able to turn off the vehicle's engine preventing this from happening :)
