K then, how about this?

When an admin loads a race:

Non-admins get the message that "[racename] has been loaded (order no.1)."
Admins get the message that [admin name] has loaded [racename] (order no.1)."

That way, the level 3's etc can see if anyone's abusing /track or /next, while non-admin hackers don't know that admins are online. This discussion is kinda pointless anyway since when you join, it clearly says "this server is protected by a trusted /admins team", but nvm.
