[COMMANDS] Freeze/Unfreeze

Don't know if i should place my suggestion in the main forum, because my idea is related to admins.

I think it'd be cool if /freeze and /unfreeze commands could be used with the names, not only with IDs.

I think they work, I'll double check.

Bascially, there is a few commands which don't work the same as all the other commands. For example

/ban Snoopy too good for me
Would ban you.

/freeze Rac3r
Doesn't work, you have to :
/freeze 0

Which is a bit naff :P
There is a few commands left to do.
