[STUNT] Add move command in /stunt [Added]

/forw or /forward
that moves you little forward (without car, on foot)

example
/forw 1 - moves you 1 step forward
/forw 2 - moves you 2 steps forward
...

with that you can go through buildings and objects, and go inside objects and buildings...
