is it possible to put an option in buildmode wich make a need of a min number of racers for a race ?

by example new race of max : oval_1283 is a like a destruction derby and it wouldn't be good if there were less than  10 or 15 or 20 racers !

what about a new mode which link car's health and racer's health : so a front crash could kill you ?
