Atm the grid is not worth altering as it will be totally changed soon.  I'll try make the new grid work like that.

Can you think of any achievements?

What else is worth rewarding?

Can you explain what you have to do to get them (is there a thread explaining them)? How about this:

Extreme Overtaker: The difference between your place on the grid is 20 lower than your finish position. (As in start 25th, but end the race in the top 5)
