AutoBan for not-admins for having weapons that can't be bought in Ammo-Nation (Minigun, Rocket etc...)

or at least sht that shows if admin give gune someone, (for example [SERVER]:Admin X has given player Y(id) weapon(gun name).)

Yea there are races that pass through that building, and it's kinda unfair 'cause the records on those races were made by passing through that occupied space :(
