Yeah very cool idea, but not possible. The chat window text for /t chat can't be sent to ..... hmmm.
Maybe if a player is ignored... no.  Yeah it's not possible to keep it nice and clean. I could code it so if a player is ignored his chat text would be a different colour when talking to others but still it would look shit.
PM could easily be done as it's sent to player, unlike /t chat, it's sent to everyone :(

Shoudl be easy to setup, I like the idea would combine TV and spec together. I like it, I like it all.
