Not a bad idea Love, would definitely halt the madness of running around with their Uzi's. But, the GTAIV deathmatch races aren't exactly a big part of the server, so the madness is only for that race.
Also, for that race we've allowed ramming, because let's be honest, the race is fucking Carnage ;D

Hmm, like a Duel World race, for every two racers? Yeah that's a good idea.

How about a 'race' mode where the race is the first person to blow up their car?
Also, post race could you get some stats up on screen, like 'Most improved driver' for the person who has the biggest gap between start and end position? Kind of like the things that Left 4 Dead does between maps.

Hmm, how about when some1 votes for a track, the current number of votes that track has appears right next to the vote itself, for example:
[LSD]FireFox has voted for MSR (1 vote)
[LSD]Rac3r has voted for DoubleYou (1 vote)
[LSD]mooman has voted for SF-Monster-Drag (1 vote)
Snoopy has voted for MSR (2 votes)
...and so on.
Maybe it's pointless, but it's kinda cool. It's easier to see what track is winning the vote.
