Teleport users entering an ammunation store outside or to spawn.

It'll protect them from being banned

Also if possible, build something to /disarmx ALL after swat-truck races and races in cars which gives weapons (police car gives a shotgun).

Hopefully people use the RACER MENU to seect their color. Plan to spice up the default colours too.
