yeah, /usay is evil, but when used right, it works fine! e.g. if someone says stuff like:

--- Quote ---ExampleMan: PLEASE TEST MY RACE! PLEASE TEST MY RACE! PLEASE TEST MY RACE!
--- End quote ---
dev uses /usay for this:

--- Quote ---Exampleman: I will not ask for races, this will get me kicked.
--- End quote ---
ExampleMan could then say:

--- Quote ---Sorry, I din't realize, I won't do it again.
--- End quote ---
And stop asking.
Problem solved without /mute even getting a look in! Then if the person continues to spam, it's /mute's turf
Although sometimes it can be used to annoy people, like when dev used /usay to do this:

--- Quote ---[uXc]JOE: I am stupid, [FSR]Devil666 is cool!
--- End quote ---
