It's not hard to do a 30 sec race in 2 minutes...

And about the rest of the suggestion, what if a new race gets tested and everyone fails on it? then when a pro tries it, they could easily half the time and get banned. This suggestion would work if it was only applied to the race after it had been raced atleast 10 times, that would prevent accidental bans.

i have a lil suggestion many times i skip vote menu unconscious, you should make a cmd like /vote to people who didnt vote have a change to vote again :)
