Surely the point is that you remember where the options are? Which is hy everyone complained when it changed as we all knew where each option was without looking, in the same way we will learn where the new options are in time.

Edit - As moo as said above, in a somewhat less verbose way.

I agree, for quickness /flip and /vr.  For tuning, imo you shouldn't tune while racing.

With that being said, I might try give the option to tune as we're being grided/start of race.

maybe allow customisation for where the quickfix appears, pretty please? :-X
