[RACING] Knockout races

Seems good, suppose lock the other players in /TV while the race finishes would be cool enough.

[FSR]Mach5:
guess it doesnt need be done with laps.
Even in other kind of races it is possible.
Just put a time counter,and when this time come to 0,the last person is eliminated.
Also it can be done with the cps.For example,for each 5 cps,the last player is eliminated.Would be cool :).

i have idea for this mode

player who is knocked out is spawned in same world in police car or infernus with police lights and can block players (blocking allowed in this mode but not driving backwards)
