Hmmm, to be honest I don't know, but you could try detaching the problem polygons and making the object a child of the chassis.

interior chassis is invisible idk how fix it :(
but but when I'm in the car the problem does not appear, but when i leave in car it appear :(
its San Andreas bug, at night time when car lights are on, (on that car) everything from one side turns invisible, try at day time and you see it without this bug

1. Select all the body polygons (vehiclegrunge256)
2. Modify>Submesh>Detach with "Keep original" "New Object"
3. On new object do Modify>Flip
4. Attach new object to original chassis.
5. Enjoy!
this will fix it, but then there will be more polygons and on low PC's its can make lags ingame

in future yes is possible but idk if patriot can go in  transfender btw will made permanent paintjob

I would love to make a Part 2 to my wheelpack, but I have a full-time job now so I am not sure if I will ever have the time. That is why I released Part 1, because I wasn't sure if I was ever going to complete all the wheels.  :(

If you wish to make a Scorpion Works epoxiwheels.txd for the mod with Pirelli textures I would be happy for you to release it in your topic.  ;)
