Just a little another idea, there could be a world that people in a list can only enter.

Go to the bottom of the main stunt menu, click FREEROAM.

Admins : Can allow players to enter freeroam (/freerom [playerid]). Admins can remove players from having access to freeroam (same command)

Players : Can enter freerom (stunt mode menu). Players who can enter freeroam, are allowed to add/remove players (/freeroam [playerid])
