ok, test this out, im thinking to update all SA vehicles and once and for all fix all bugs that R* left
take a look at this car (notice the wheels) and say what you think

i would like some feedbacks

FB , see the spoiler ! design is inverted like in jester roof tuning part u fixed a long time ago ( i asked u ).

maybe other tuning parts are bugged but we cant see it with symetric PJs ???

you can delete shadows? oh oh oh could you delete tree shadows? and just keep vehicle shadows :L

omg that would own or delete all shadows including lamp post shadows and tree shadows but keep vehicle shadows :o

Done. and that was good i idea to get more fps, some swadows was even with 2000 polygons

Install:
files from folder "gta3" goes to "...\models\gta3.img" (there is 125 files faster way to install it use IMG Manager (Edit > Bulk Replace (Ctrl+B)))
file from folder "gta_int" goes to "...\models\gta_int.img"
"SAMPCOL.img" goes to "...\SAMP\"

Unfortunately you would need Cleo mods for that: the sirens are particle effects by default and don't actually make the light textures themselves flash.
