Another resolution was to be more active and have just gone to have a look at a Ki Aikido class which was interesting. Anyone here done any martial arts?

Going without goals isnt good buddy.Just an instant example here;

There was no work and weather was bad ( we met snow finally... ) I sat down at computer whole day and at the end (1.30 am, going to bed) i see "zero/no" output of any kind.Just chatting and roaming around... I said to myself i dont wanna do anything and i didnt... I have a video to work on and i have stuff to read... Think about goals.
