I fuckin' swear I've removed nermal's licence so many times and whenever we meet on the server SOMEONE has given it back to him again >:(

Hence why my idea of giving lvl3's a way of hard coding a block on racers getting build to stop this happenning.

Problem is this someone I'm talking about, as I suspect, is actually a fellow level 3. not you tho' dont worry about it

Nothing is ever me other than banning racers on super nitro for speed hacks ;)

i gave to nermal after he passed test, ok i wont give licences hust for free if 5000 untested is a problem, but /buildmode on command always was a part of gamemode, maybe make  /saverace command only for those who have license or something like that.
