1) screenie doesn't proof surface mod...
2) starting with mods is a bad idea at all and makes you want more.
Ush there is a difference, mod that gives you advantage and mods that just change your game looking...
For example, car mods can make look your cars better. But also improve the handling of your cars. And you can't see both in a screenie.
Surface mods is only there to make racing easier..
Explanation of surface mod:
With this mod, all surfaces are treated
as roads, so now your car won't skid
on the grass/sand or when it's raining.
Easty to spot? no.. but detectable by good admins \
