this tool enables real time reflections (and bump maps) and you can set in settings to enable ps2:sa-style reflections

It's because SA-MP uses it's own vehicle.txd I reckon.

Andy had a hack that allowed you to use the right vehicle.txd, maybe combining the two will make it work?
