probably drove there from somewhere far away and just left car immedietly, game had no time to render before taking screen

I use a Cleo script to set my draw distance extra low, so it matches the san andreas ps2 style atmosphere. This game works in strange ways. But this is lovely when driving in the mornings and in the evenings. I can also make it not so intense. It can be bright but that's how it is on the PS2 version
