helpful tips:

Delete d3d9.dll to get rid of iCenhancer, or use shift +F11 or F12 to turn it off. And use F3 to bring up trainer menu. 8 and 2 on numpad to go through menu, 5 to select and 0 to go back.

I guess you need to have gta IV installed on your pc to run this. I've got it (DL version) but my pc barely runs it so :/
