After Ken says that 'someone' says "Go get some sleep".

Who says that? ??? is it Tommy? ??? ??? ??? It doesn't sound like Tommy's voice.
And if he does say that. Why when you come back for 'The Party' mission, at the start of the cutscene, Ken says "Go get some sleep he says" (implying that that's no use)? Why not tell Tommy directly "... you said"? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ???

Ken: What are you gonna do?
