ok probably behind the time, but i saw this bug 2 times same thing.
 


so i just report :)

That happens when everyone is finished, it's not really a bug.. just a mistake of the system.. After everyone finished it gives the "20 seconds to next race" report. But it also gives that when the time just runs out... and when these 2 things happen at the same time, you'll get what you just saw.
