Even though I've been banned myself, I still think that 2 years is way too much duration for a single ban. Just think about how long actually is that amount of time, you may not be alive after that period to play again.

i think everybody are bored of the original san andreas map. my suggestion is create a new mode with only new maps

Then no one would know shortcuts, bumps and other things they're used to with the original map.

Karlis owned the MTA server, invited some people. Unfortunately he cancelled it because only few supported it and others are fanboying SA-MP.

Why unfortunately? Isn't samp way better? When have you passed to the dark side?
