Its because of the mobile broadband i don't even live in helsinki or southern finland.
The way I have got it is that using a usb modem like this Huawei the ip can change or be the same or something like that?

I haven't been changing my name.
The IP is almost the same beacuse of my internet. I use a mobile broadband usb modem like this: http://order.newfour.se/uploaded/e367307844.png
I haven't been hacking or doing anything wrong.

I found this server a few days ago and was enjoying playing here and then I just got banned. The reason was called: Ban evading? I don't get it.
