I have used my smartphone to post that reply.
Mobile internet connections do always have dynamic ip's.

I'm not the hacker, the hacker is that guy that abused my name to take away my racing fun.
Too bad that itsn't possible to proof that I didn't do anything wrong.

    Name the topic with your in-game name.
    IP address at time of banning (you don't need to include the last section eg. for 123.123.123.123 you can post your IP as 123.123.123.XXX). If you don't know your IP go to http://whatismyip.com and it should tell you the right one unless you access the internet via a proxy
    Admin who banned you
    Reason given by the admin for your banning
    Reason(s) why we should unban you

• Ban Evading
• Some funny guy decided to use my name to get banned on this server. (A friend from my neighbourhood IP: 86.89.70.XX) Later when I was unsuspectingly racing asap, I got banned for ban evading. While I didn't even no that my username was banned before
