Hmm.. There aren't any shortcuts on your desktop)) Are you using 'Start' button only?

Right click on desktop > View > Show desktop icons

5)I didn't brake the rules, but i can't join to server than i have metioned above ip adresses. These ip's are the most frequent of my internet provider. Please unban all these ip adresses because i have to reboot my router many times.
