It's totally lie I always race with /fps command and I see my fps is between 70-90, but in SK races it decreases 40-50. Did you believe what you said?

Heh what if i have witness who can prove that you played with 97fps whole night ?

Why you waste time with lies about drag tracks i was in spectating mode whole time and i saw my eyes what you did there

You must be really bored if you coming here to write such crap like this and trying blame cause i did what i did.

If you were honest and clean you wouldn't play with fake account cause you directly move all my attention on you cause you were too good for somebody who have just 1000 points on server instead of other possible cheaters,but you did and that is your first fault

Next what you did is escape drag tracks what i loaded only cause of you,3 drags in row.
You can say ah i was in bathroom or went to drink some water but that cant be longer than 2 minute so i gave you way too much to prove there is nothing suspicions in your game,but you did total opposite escape 3 drags and suddenly when next normal track arrived you drove without doubt.
Everything what i wrote about drags above is cause you using mods to gain more FPS,cause your game is limited on 97 and never drop down.It wont be problem if you used only that trick about FPS but you have more than that in your computer game.
So you have though you wont be suspicious if you not set record on drags,possible clever idea but not in this case.

Like cherry on cake came track with NRG bike,where you drove some parts like double faster than all other racers.There are other skilled racers on server but you gain advantage of 2 sec. after just half minute.Oh yes you are total pro.After two huge mistakes near end line where you lost like 10 sec you made final time 1:19.

Blah you can be smart to not use your mods as other noobs does to fly around map or turn on nitro where there is no chance to have it,or make it car goes like 500km/h...
I have spend like 45 minutes of my time on server on you.And yes you are cheater and you know that but you trying blame me cause you was/are skilled racer who know much about whole SA:MP and how to hide shit what you have in your game.But you fail this time.

About your friend who is involved into this crap,he isn't banned cause he cheated,he did worst thing than cheating.He tried blackmail me over personal messages cause of you.For sure he cant drive proper car or bike or even win any track but he is pretty skilled to talk badly to people.

About clan tags you words have no sense cause we already have plenty racers who are long enough on server and they didn't banned till they dare to use cheats.But since am long enough on server many of these regulars including you are hungry of victories and better stats on rank list and when there is no chance to make fair and clean victory they start using mods to help them ..
Of course you wont be unbanned cause you cheated and don't try blame me,blame yourself cause you wasn't were honest enough to keep clean game

65C is average temp,about cooling pad am suggesting you cause of future if you are about to keep that after warranty,if not you are free to even pour with coffe or juice on keyboard

About Morpheus video card,Knutico you wont be happy enough with his card cause its model from low end segment.
64 bit video cards never was such friendly with games they are more for office or internet

I'm getting a new pc from scratch. I read that  570 is more than enough to max most games @1900x1200 resolution screen.

Price is pretty equal but...
both of them are perfect cards but the 6970 is better than gtx 570 for the coming games the 6970 will handle heavy DX11 games because of the extra ram.
My vote goes on Radeon side cause of extra ram 2GB vs 1.28GB

Give more details about your current hardware to see if is worth to buy beast like 6970/570
Both are pretty expensive at this moment but if you own piece of hardware which is capable to run smooth them why not.

70C wont effect hardware till you are in warranty period but of course when warranty gone after 2 years you can jump into serious problems if motherboard chipset or even video card chip stop respond due overheat.
Probably you have no such experience with laptops hardware,but trust me every year comes new generation of CPU,RAM and other chips what directly cause almost impossible find piece of match hardware what you need for laptop who is no older than 2-3 years...or in best scenario cost like half price of whole laptop

Registry have nothing with your distance or even ping,only in case if your system is in really bad condition with plenty of tweak shit which make any game run unstable.

Not really. It indeed does while you can make delay between sending pockets etc lower. Read more about this method.

In previous post i was bit lazy to write more than just registry have nothing with ping,cause playing in registry is risky if you ain't skilled so its more easy to say people it doesn't help so they wont bother to edit something and probably make worst than was before they tried.
It does but you must do more than just of edit one value to true(1)
That is why your tip didn't helped for most of people here.
Check list about TCP/IP there are plenty things to change if you are about to do. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314053
Some people using DHCP,some use static IP on their systems same is with their routers,modems,etc. and hell internet providers...

Well yeh obviously some people are getting a bit pissy recently and arse kissing everyone take moo for instance, being sucked up to by firefox because snoops was ramming during a nascar race, grow up it's only a game lol. Definitely dust plus temperature will increase cause can't see solution where all heat from cpu goes cause is placed on center of case
