That is it,CPU frequency 200.Try with 220-230 that range always success.If you want more you must lock frequency of your RAM cause with overclocking processor you overclock RAM too and HT.
But am not suggesting you some extremely overclock cause your motherboard is low end budget.
Don't be lazy google is full of overclocking tutorials and pictures how to make.

talking about overclocking, where i need go to overclock my CPU? AMD Athlon 64 X2 4850e 2.5 GHz
Its now 23 °C, when playing games its goes up to 35-55 °C

None of these pictures help you,probably you have Gigabyte motherboard so press CTRL+F1 and you will open secret meny.
Then you will be able to overclock CPU...

Too high if you ask me but probably you couldn't reach 4.2GHz without that.

This is the conclusion we can make judging by our test results and basing on the feedback from the first users who purchased these processors. By the way, the engineering sample of the Core i7-920 CPU that we also have in our lab demonstrated the same overclockability. Even with the Vcore increased to 1.4V it overclocked only to 3.8GHz.

My advice is to try with lower voltage and for sure with less overclock which will result less temperature....And probably avoid  BSOD

Seems too much overclocked,idle temps on each cpu core are too high for my taste and you are closer to limit which is 90-95 depend of motherboard.Possible your cooler on CPU is full of dust or just weak(1400RPM) to keep normal temp range on 4.2GHz ....Which cause BSOD

im getting BSOD in win7 64bit when watching movies, playing game and even in desktop.
this started happening last week, maybe ati driver but my system needs reinstallation.

Your system is full of viruses,trojans and other shit.Often i recieve strange emails from your account...

Heh guys where is imagine,programmers can use generic code cause many towns are similar and for sure that can't be like 2TB more like 4
4 or 6 dual layer DVD,not sure many of you remember games on Amiga 500 basic games were on 2 floppy but also on Amiga's golden period were such 12 floppy games with amazing graphic details for that period mid 90's

Of course you can't expect any realistic handling or so but don't forget they aim with games for normal humans too. Not a hardcore racers.

Sure it is not simulation as is Grandturismo or similar but handling is just crap same as in GTA 4,like you driving some huge box on road.
Graphic details on map or licensed cars could 'buy' kids 10-15 years who have no idea what is car.
Main mission of Driver games in past was to drive car around map and accomplish missions in cars and even older serials were more 'realistic' than this one.
Just they used wrong gaming engine to make driving game same as NFS 'arcade' serial making worst and worst every year

Hmm name of tread fail,game is good but way to be realistic or similar,just another game in industry what kids now days found amazing.
Many games in past were way better,action,story or game play,now days programmers trying make game real but fuck they fail in every segment.
Do you believe is worth to pay like 600 euro for good piece of hardware to play this game?
IMHO game is just average as many games are now days that is all

Hmm something must be wrong there only Toshiba Satellite's 660 i have found is A and C model and both have 2-4 or more GB ram also not Core duo processor :S

T2050 is slowest core duo processor so you cant expect much speed of that also 512 mb is minimum for proper run Windows now days.
Since ddr2 is no longer expensive you can buy 2 kits per 1Gb 533/667/800* to run dual channel and make that machine way faster=30 euro
Would be useful if you write model of that laptop so i can search if 800* is compatible with that model
Or last solution pair another chip of 512mb but hard to believe you can find that now days=10 euro
Also as Slowdive suggested you can try with clean installation of Windows XP
