Bug Reports / Jumping car [WIP]

I was speccing someone, then the new race loaded, started countdown (i was still speccing), then i tapped /race, and, as far as i understood, for a couple of milliseconds i appeared on the start without car. Then the car was spawned (a bit above me i think) and because of that it jumped into the random direction (i was lucky, it jumped right to the next CP 
), and only then i found myself in the car. When the race finally started i saw that after 1st CP i had an 0.221ms advantage to others. This was a TT race with infernus (i don't remember the name). I don't think that this was just random bug, it happened with me several times before but without gaining advantage.

These were made 2 days ago (4.08.10) and today it's even more smoke here. now i can't even see that blue building :O And the smell is just awesome :/ Some people are even using medical masks. plus temperature is like +30 at night and up to +38 at daytime. I guess i was right when i set my location to South Africa several months ago

what do we do about the smartass cheaters? I mean the guys that doesn't use speedhack during drag races.so the racers would wait another hour for a 404 to load... hmm not good i think.
Larry's idea with report and Karlip's constant dragrace are pretty nice.
I got one more idea. I think almost all races have constant highscores, that are really hard to beat. I mean it is possible to make it up to 10 seconds better but not more. So, maybe it would be easier to make a global limit for all races like this
- if player finishes it less than, for example 95% (or 90%, or 85%) of top1 time, he'll be kicked as a cheater. And when you would be testing newraces, this mode would be disabled cause you load it from some special "new races" list. How do you like that?
