Unban Requests / banned for bug

when I enter the server I do not know what it is but I am automatically banned, I can put any name, I change my ip but also says ta banido.eu'm wanting to play in servidor.tentem solve my problem please.
My name on the server is Layder_ and my brother is [X] Buster. none of us could enter the server.

I'm not able to log into the server a great time, every time I try to log in so I automatically banned unknow reason or something, and I was not banned by any admin.
I need help, how can I re-login? Does my IP range banned this?
