Title: Strange weather bug at GrandTheftEcstasy race

I don't know if this is a bug or wtf is it but, I personally don't like the look of that and the other racers there didn't either. if you can fix this little bug would be great.

The weather is like that, not bug. It is meant to hurt your eyes and brain. :L
