Is it a mistake or i dont remember being banned before and the evading?

These arent my names.

But i noticed that all these names are in Estonian language. I concluded that we all have the same Internet service provider. Maybe this has something to do with it? I havent been banned before.

Also i found out that many of this ISP users have their ip starting with 217.71
