The thing is, I live in the area where the ip is fixed and has several players using the same ip, and one was banned using hacker, and I no longer have access to the server, because I wanted to be unbanned banned unfairly. Ip : 186.225.139.46

Unfortunately your friend cheated, and since you use the same IP you won't be unbanned.

I have to take the blame for others now? man I'm talking about has a lot of people using the same ip, I'm not lying when I entered the server log showed that [CAT] a_morte banned ip

Exactly the same IP. Even if it was slightly different you wouldn't be unbanned. Sorry.
