Hello there.
I got to this idea since admins lvl2 always rage when they give someone a licence then block it next day for making a shit race.
So the idea is that when someone gets in the buildmode test, as you know first he has to pass all those questions and stuffs. But the thing is everytime some nub when he starts passing it he passes it for 30times, randomly clicking on asnwers. When he pass it the admin gives him the licence right away and "hey yay i got a licence",well i think thats not fair. There should be a thing added ,
(or something like that ) it only appers if the player passed the buildmode test 11 out of 11.
So he has to make he's first race, as a race which will give him the buildmode licence, of course he has to make it nice . When he made the buildmode race the massage appears in the chat or it's only shown for admins. Later on as usual the admin has to test it (command you use) or for example something new like ( /bmtestrace ). That would be lot better then just giving the licence right away.
Kinda shitty english by me, but hope you understand at least something from it ,was hard for me to explain that to you , and i'm not even sure if thats possible to do?

i get it, probably a new mode like /tt or /stunt just for testing a race without the need to load it for everyone
