Title: I can not log

I'm not able to log into the server a great time, every time I try to log in so I automatically banned unknow reason or something, and I was not banned by any admin.
I need help, how can I re-login? Does my IP range banned this?

your IP range is not banned, neither is name. can you post a screenshot?
oh and voted for 2nd : I'm dying to play
