Title: Add hydraulics as a race setting

Add hydraulics as a race setting that could be choosable along with nitro, hardcore, tuning, paintjobs... The point of adding it is that with the hyds on you are able to pass some otherwise hardly passable obstacles like small bushes, curbs and other bumps. Also you got an additional power when using it right before jumping off of a mountain/cliff/any other high object.
