Title: E.M. Total Video Converter HD version 3.71

Hey, i have a question about a program what i now am using. I am converting a video from avi to wmv, but as you can see, the conversion takes some time, 17 hours. I want to stop the conversion and continue tomorrow, but i dont know what happend if i click on the crossmark. I can pause it, but i have to shut down my computer, because its not my plan to turn the computer all day on.

So my question: what do i have to do to stop the convertion so i can continue tomorrow with it?

Someone has experience with this program or not? Please help me.

Here the picture. I already took 2,5 hours and the conversion is now at 400 MB, but the video file has 2,4 GB. So that's why it takes so long.

Well there's an apparent pause button, so your best bet would be press the pause and put PC to sleep.

i can understand him wanting to turn it off...
my laptop is very silent yet i don't like when its on and making noise when i sleep...

So the best way is to pause and put it on sleep? How do i put it on sleep lol

lol, what i meant was that you should put pc on sleep in start menu, so its not noisy

lol i can sleep even if vacuum cleaner is on...

Is there an other way to convert MPEG4 to WMV (a much faster one)? 17 hours is a lot......................

And still having the great hd quality. I already tried to put it in AVI, but that quality was sooo bad, HD for life
