I wasnt evading man. I got banned 2 days ago at 3 am. Then rejoined at 21 or 22 am. He banned me again, "make a unban appeal" so i did. Phobos said

I saw you insulting before, you deserve this ban. Just wait a day and you can play again. You should behave though! Locked.

I didnt rejoin after that. Why i got +1 week? I wasnt evading as i said. :'( I'll not insult again. :'(

You got an extra week for ban evading the day ban, Phobos probably didn't see the last bit where you told you joined to the server (before 24 hours have passed)

You should have joined almost 3 hours later than you did last night, 24 hs from the tempban would be 3/09/12 at 23:55 or more, you joined at 21:08

Now please wait one week, I hope you calm down in these days
