I would first like to ask what evidence you have for me being this 'dannylegg' player. That is my first request in this ban appeal thread since I feel it's unjustified, I have been going through quite a lot of shit at the moment so I haven't got round to writing one until now.
Since there is no substantial proof that I am this 'dannylegg' player, I would like to point out that there are many Legg families situated in the UK at the moment, and there's 10+ Danny Legg's registered on facebook to the UK, I would therefore like to know how, just on the basis of someones screen-name, you can deduct that was actually me on that account? I would like to point out that I talk to runty out of game, and he's obviously spoken to someone saying what my IRL name is, I mean who wouldn't? It's quite an interesting fact.
Second of all.. If I ban evaded, wouldn't that mean I would have the same I.P. range (or even ISP) as the person who was banned on that account? I know for a fact we haven't changed our ISP in several years, so therefore, a different ISP or range for me was quite unavoidable, and I would of been caught much faster because you look at ranges quite a lot, there's even a command, I think..
Anyway, enough's enough. If you really want to hold this ban against me on empty evidence, go ahead. I'm quite positive that I aren't a troll on the server, and I get on well with everyone, never once used a mod or a hack in my whole time being here, I think about 16 months. I'm simply stating my evidence, I've read many of these threads and people are actually fucking retarded all of the time, and deserve bans..

There are apparently 10+ Danny Leggs in the UK. Since most young people are on Facebook and most players on the server are young, I will assume there are 20 Danny Leggs in the UK young enough to possibly play this game, though that is probably being generous. What are the chances of there being two Danny Leggs in Middlesbrough, a town with a population of 138,400 in a country of 62,262,000?

(n!)/(k!(n-k)!) * p^k * (1-p)^(n-k)
where:
n is number of people (in their case, 13 and in yours, i halved Middlesbrough's population to get 69200)
k is the number of people with that name (in their case, 3 and yours 2)
p is chance of any one man having that name (for them it was 1/1000 and for you it's 20/31,131,000)
proof that formula works by substituting in their values and getting their result
(13!)/(3!(13-3)!) * (1/1000)^3 * (1-(1/1000))^(13-3) = 2.831528357 × 10^-7 = 1/3531662
plugging in your values:
(69200!)/(2!(69200-2)!) * (20/31131000)^2 * (1-(20/31131000))^(69200-2) = 0.0009452414556 = 1/1058

Your guilt shows so much here. Who else but someone who knows that the player they're accused of being has a different ISP would say something like this?

but for some reason you have a superhub which is only given to new customers or old customers upgrading to a speed much higher than that as they can just upgrade speed remotely if going from for example 10mbit to 20mbit....
