Title: First time came ingame and i am banned? [UNBANNED]

Wanted to join game and it says that i am banned, explain? I use modem, ip changes everytime when i turn on/off it. Nickname [GCI]Jewels

you were caught in a range ban.
unbanned if after 5 months the evader guy wont come back.

I never use mods or hacks as i race in other servers for about 4-5 years, i had same thing with another server, said that i am banned while playing in it for 2 years.
