I don't know how to disable it, can someone help me?
I have tried a full reinstallation of the game but its still there, i don't know where these files are :S

Install fresh copy of game somewhere else on HDD and delete manually all other copies.

Ok, now i have found the problem ;

i have tried everything ( even full windows re-installation)

But was still there so this is my conclusion;

It is pre-modded in the installation file that i have downloaded.
I have also founded that there was even other  pre-modded mods like ; always sunny weather, no water waves, real vehicle handling ,...

So i have to find another copy of san andreas on the internet :S

I apologize to all admins for using mods (even if i didn't know)

BTW can someone give me a link where i can download san andreas?
 piratebay is banned in my country :S
