I remember Jake said that you've finished Hotrod_Challenge 2 seconds faster than top1. That's the reason.

I've speaked with Jake again, he said that such record could be caused by his bad connection. So that some of the additional fences on the map weren't loaded by the time, so that he just passed them through gaining this advantage.
Overall, Jake is ok for an unban.
