"unsafe behaviour"
My comment: Controller lost connection while was in race. | then when I looked back on screen. server said I have been banned by Nikki. :S

Extra Note: Would like this problem rectify. Thanks in advance.

Sorry to double post by its seems I can't edit.

Wouldn't a little jail time or a warning [In-game] be necessary before banning someone for a mistake?  ???

Yes but for special events we got a tempban policy to avoid ruining others' event. It might seem harsh but it's the best way we found.

Ah, I totally understand now. I guess I can live/agree on this as well.

Guess topic can be locked now. Since I got got unbanned.
