Title: You're banned from this server! [UNBANNED]

Yesterday in the morning I tried to join the server.When I enter it said:You're banned from this server!
I restarted router,internet connection and everything else what's needed to change IP...So my question is am I really banned and if not(what I hope so)what can I do to join the server?

You can see it for yourself if you're banned or not there.
