Its one year ago man i was noob these times.. I'm a fair player and a good racer i really want to play at your server..

Why not? It's 1year ago, you never ever tried cheats?
What's the point of unbanning and getting a fair racer on your server? You don't want your server full with players?

you aren't getting another chance so give up. and if you try to ban evade then think twice about that as well.
