reason: impossible fast finish.

I don`t understand what happened. Before race start i just turned of chat(I heard it can make the game faster). When count turn 2 car started before anyone else and then ban. I thought its a lag because i don`t have mods or cheats installed. Only internet sometimes bad.

oh no.. players can start the race at the 2 count.

this needs to be fixed asap!

today Matafix told me that he can move camera during countdown
